This week in class we started our new whole- class novel, The Testing. On Monday, the classes explored the essential questions that will be regularly discussed during the reading. Students have been placed in groups that will be considered colonies, based on the colonies within the novel's plot. They will complete various class activities within these groups as well as work on their own. Students have also been asked to read chapters 1-4 for Monday, March 28, 2016. Our team day on Wednesday served as both a culmination of our Workshop Three unit, Nature's Fury, and as an introduction to the new unit. Enjoy your holiday break.
