Second quarter started this week! This past week we continued reading
our novel, Freak the Mighty, and we continued to delve into the themes

whole class discussion, small group activity and individual responses.
Next week, we will finish reading the novel and begin our culminating

keep up with the reading and to plan for and meet deadlines.
This week in Health we discussed positive and negative stress as well as the way stress impacts our bodies. The students engaged in activities to help identify all the ways stress impact our lives. The students created their own personal stress kits and were asked to use at least one thing they identified in their "kits" over the weekend.
